Michelle Crosby
General Manager, Employment Services 

Michelle joined Max Employment in 2008 and is currently the General Manager, Employment Services for Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Prior to joining MAX, Michelle held senior leadership roles with the Australian Tax Office and ComSuper, where she delivered significant organisational change programs. At ComSuper Michele held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, where she was responsible for Human Resource, Training, Financial Management and Governance. At the ATO Michelle was Chief Information Officer for the Superannuation division.

With more than 20 years experience across all levels of Government, Michelle has a particular interest in capability development, organisational change management, governance and risk management and holds formal qualifications in Financial Management, Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
