Based in Melbourne, Karen Maccallum is General Manager oversighting Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia offices and outreach locations.

Karen joined MAX Employment in 2009 and brings to the role 13 years recruitment experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer with Challenge Recruitment Ltd.  Prior to that, Karen was with Adecco in roles including Global Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Group Procurement and Facilities Manager and New South Wales Regional Manager responsible for sales and operations.

Karen's experience includes experience within industries such as aged care, publishing, tourism, entertainment and advertising. Karen is an active member of the Docklands Community Association.
