MAXEmployment - one of Australia's longest serving and highest performing providers of Job Network and related human services - has been awarded 73 sites across Australia and an additional 37 outreach sites under the new Job Services Australia contract.
Working in the Australian market since 1998, MAXEmployment has developed a recognised model of combining employment, training and health solutions with local community organisations such as not- for-profit and charitable based intervention services. Managing Director Michael Hobday is confident that MAXEmployment will continue to help Australians overcome barriers to social inclusion, and deliver quality results under this new contract.
"We are honoured, and fully understand the enormity of the task ahead of delivering employment services to Australians, who are facing uncertainty in the current economic climate. I feel we owe a debt of gratitude to all of our staff here in Australia for their commitment and hard work."
"We will need to employ an extra 400 of the best qualified professional staff from relevant industries, who share our passion for finding jobs and changing lives." he said.
"This contract will mean a substantial investment in infrastructure, as we set up 40 new and 33 continuing sites in locations across the country. This will also provide employment for people in a significant number of related business areas.
We are excited at the opportunity to bring our proven holistic integrated model of employment training and health solutions to assist job seekers around Australia to get their lives on track."
