Steven Finds His Rainbow
Steven Finds His Rainbow
MAX Employment, the largest employment service provider in Australia has once again lived up to its reputation of "finding jobs and changing lives".
One young Redlands Bay job seeker found out first hand how MAX Employment will stop at nothing to help their clients gain sustainable employment.

While Western Queensland was on flood alert, young job seeker Steven Cumner was standing in the pouring rain in Victoria Point trying to attract attention from passing motorists with his "work wanted" sign.
This initiative didn't go unnoticed by MAX Employment staff. The team made a commitment to find Steven a job by the end of the week.
Using the extensive resources and networks of the 5 MAX Employment sites across the Bayside and Goodna, they fulfilled this commitment in less than two days. The team found Steven work at a local manufacturing plant.
Steven is a great role model for unemployed job seekers. In his words he wants to "encourage other Job Seekers to try, because as hard as it may seem, if you keep trying, on the other side of this storm, there is a rainbow".
MAX Employment Managing Director, Michael Hobday, was very proud of the efforts of his staff and believes that it is this type of commitment that gets results for our Job Seekers.
“This is a great example of what can be achieved when a determined young man like Steven partners with the dedicated staff of MAX Employment, I couldn’t be prouder of all concerned.”
