MAX Employment Outlines Progress in Recruitment Process
MAX Employment - one of Australia's longest serving and highest performing providers of Job Network and related human services - has been undergoing an exciting recruitment process for Executive Management and Employment Service positions.
We are pleased to report the calibre of applicants received to date has been of the highest quality and a strong fit to the performance driven culture at Max Employment.
Managing Director Michael Hobday is confident that our future work force made up of soon to be appointed and existing staff will work well together to deliver on the service level outcomes required as part of the Job Services Australia contract due to commence 1 July 2009.
To keep all applicants best formed we can report that we are nearing the completion of phase 1 of the recruitment process. This includes the short listing and pre-screening of applications. We hope to complete this stage by 15 May.
Once phase 1 is fully complete we will progress to phase 2. Phase 2 includes the finalisation of recommendations from the pre screening process and formal face to face interviews. We hope to have the bulk of the formal face to face interviews completed by the end of May.
Although good progress has been made we welcome applications from interested candidates to make our work force even more formidable for roles such as: Business Managers; Employment Consultants Stream 2 and 3; Employment Consultants Stream 4; Job Placement Coordinators and Work Experience and Community Liaison Coordinators.
