• Applying for a job: Utilise job search websites such as www.jobsearch.gov.au, www.seek.com, www.jobsjobsjobs.com.au, www.mycareer.com.au and www.careerone.com.au.
• Networking with friends or family members. Also target companies of professional or personal interest.
• Improve your personal and professional value. Consider undertaking study, training or work experience to get that job!
• Prepare for your interview. Research the company and the role. Practice interview questions with a family member or friend and consider your personal presentation.
