ETIP Program Outline

The Employment and Training Incentive Program is aimed at assisting eligible MAXEmployment clients to gain full time ongoing employment through a "Wage Subsidy" type program as well as assisting eligible employers with the training costs of a newly appointed employee.

The newly appointed staff member must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours each week under award conditions for a minimum of 26 weeks to receive the maximum payment of $5000.00. The level of funding could vary with each eligible job seeker.

A MAXEmployment consultant will be in regular contact with you throughout the incentive period in order to monitor progress of your new employee and to provide any extra assistance if required.
