Job Placement Officer of the Year: Michelle Carrington
Michelle was a clear winner in this category. During the year Michelle produced $150,000 of revenue for the Inala site - an amazing performance in such a small site!

Business Manager of the Year: Sam Brown
The quiet and unassuming Sam took over the struggling site of Ipswich and set about introducing a performance driven culture. Under Sam's leadership the site progressed from being at the bottom of the ESA to being ranked second. In addition to this, Sam's positive contribution has extended to the creation of business opportunities for MAX in the next contract.

Site of the Year: Inala

Apart from achieving the ultimate 5 Stars (again) Inala also improved its position according to ESA and National Averages, and produced a profitability rate of 24.3%. Compared to the other 1100 sites that make up the Job Network, the Inala location consistently achieved top ranking results.  The team from left to right: Jeanette Bui, Maureen Hunt, Bruce Manu-sione, Michelle Carrington& Stefanie Karlsson.

Employee of the Year: Elisabet Laukkonen
Elisabet is one of the hardest working and committed Health Service Officer's in the company. This is reflected in Elisabet's strong referral base, consistently high revenue results and the professional reputation she has built and maintained. Elisabet has perfected the ability to keep everyone from Employment Consultant's to Business Manager's in the communication loop when providing employment services to her client's, whilst always maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of those individuals. Elisabet treats barriers faced by job seekers as challenges that can be addressed and overcome. Elisabet is a great team player and well respected by the entire MAX family.

 

Health Staff Member of the Year: Aurellia Sardjono

Aurellia has proved herself time and time again as an integral member of our Health team. Her talent has no limit and includes: Coordinating and planning for the coaching and induction of new and existing staff; Improving our contractual compliance for Job Placement Assessment and coordinating the Reed Medical Guidelines Trials. Aurellia also found time to be apart of the Tender Team, exceeded utilisation targets and most importantly assisted many of our job seekers back to work.

 

Consulting Staff Member of the Year: Ken Moore

For the past 2 years Ken has led our team at Rhodium, an ACT Government business unit to achieve fantastic results. When Ken joined as CEO, the business unit was in a state of disrepair and the Government was looking to sell the business. Under Ken's leadership revenue capacity improved dramatically along with a committment by the ACT Government for the continued management of the business by MAXsolutions. A Segment President Human Services Award was also received by Ken for his exceptional work in leading the team.

Tracy's passionate and enthusiastic style brings to life the key messages of every training workshop. Driven by a firm belief in personal growth and development, Tracy has developed a keen insight into what focuses, motivates and inspires people to do their best. Tracy is committed to helping disadvantaged job seekers acquire the knowledge, skills and capabilities that will allow them to contribute in the workplace.

Corporate Staff Member of the Year: Sandeep (Sandy) Gawankar
As Finance Manager Sandy demonstrated his dedication and skill at delivering accurate financial reports within tight deadlines. He also proved to be a great asset when communicating finanical information to all levels of staff. Sandy was also noted for his committment to identifying areas of improvement, particularly long-term profit improvement.

Employment Consultant of the Year: Erin-Lea Nobbs
Erin-Lea won the Employment Consultant Award for many reasons. She achieved more than 12+HD placements and Interim Outcomes than any other consultant in the company by a considerable margin. Whilst achieveing these great results Erin-Lea was providing cover for the site's Business Manager who was assisting at other sites for large time portions of the year.
