Quality and Compliance Framework
Here at MAXNetwork we pride ourselves on having an extremely effective Quality Management System to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service both internally and externally on all occasions.
MAXNetwork's main governance process is the MAXNetWork Quality and Compliance Framework. This risk-based framework incorporates on-site audits, desktop reviews and employer and client surveys. Regular program assurance activities are conducted to identify and promptly act on any exceptions to the code of practice, service guarantee, charter of contract management, contractual and/or legislative requirements.
Our audit activity is conducted by an independent Quality Performance & Innovation (QPI) Unit which provides added independence and scrutiny of high risk areas. The audit process is overseen by our Quality Management System Review Committee, comprising Senior Managers and QPI staff. The MAXNetwork QPI Team are currently based at our National Support Centrein Springwood, QLD.
MAXNetwork is accredited with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance (QA) and has done so since 2003. QA accreditation is also maintained under the Disability Services Standards with DSS 2007. This provides a supplementary independent evaluation of our adherence to the 12 Standards and related 26 key performance indicators within our sites we deliver Disability Employment Network services.
